Mites is SOLD OUT! Junior and Rookie Ball spaces still available
CLP T-Ball is an entirely volunteer run organization and is only successful due to the generous nature of parents and other volunteers. There is no experience necessary for most positions!
Volunteers are required for the following positions:
Coaches - we aim to have 2 coaches per team. Coaches are responsible for liaising with league officials, setting up the game plan (i.e. positions) and batter line up, and coordinating other team volunteers (e.g. on-field assistance). Find out more information on coaching here.
On-field Assistance - Provide assistance as directed by the coach. Includes assisting players with equipment (at Mites/Juniors level), base coaching, etc.
Field Supervisors - An on-field league representative on game nights, who will be a resource for coaches (e.g. clarification of rules). We aim to have 1-2 field supervisors per division. Find out more information on field supervisors here.
If you are interested in volunteering, please contact us at clarksontball@gmail.com or complete the volunteer section in the registration form.
Are you an Ontario high school student looking for community involvement hours? Volunteering with CLP T-Ball can provide you with those hours:
Volunteer positions open for On-Field Assistance in each of our age divisions.
2 hours per week for the duration of the season.
Due to the small size of our league, please only volunteer if you can commit for the entire season (see season dates here).
Please e-mail us at clarksontball@gmail.com if you are interested in volunteering. CLP T-Ball Association will sign-off the appropriate forms upon completion of the volunteer hours for the season. Students must request sign-off within the same calendar year that they volunteered.
Note: Students are responsible for ensuring they complete all required paperwork, including, but not limited to the Notification of Planned Community Involvement Activities.
