Annual General Meeting

CLP T-Ball Association holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) following completion of the season each year.  All registered families are voting members and are invited to attend.  

What Happens at the AGM?

• Approval of minutes from the prior year AGM

• Approval of the Financial Statement for the year ending

• Vote on changes to the By-Law and Constitution

• Discussion / vote on any other actions brought forward by voting members

• Election of the Executive Committee (EC) for the next season
