Please come to red shed for your team bag, a coach shirt and hat,
and game schedule on your league night.

PLAYERS

Please go to your "meet the coach" practice on your league night.

Tuesday, May 22 - Junior T-ball
Wednesday, May 23 - Mites T-ball
Thursday. May 24 - Rookie Ball
Time : 6:30.

If you have had no phone call or e-mail,
come to Birchwood Park on Clarkson Rd for 6:30,
and we will direct you to your coach and diamond.

Please dress appropriately for weather.
Wear running shoes, and a bring a glove.
Game schedules will be posted on web site.
Practice should be about 1 hr.

Registration for 2012 season
Early bird fee $85/player and $150/family until April 1/12
Registration fees increase to $100/player & $175/family after April 1/12

High School Students - we need you.
Volunteer hours count as community service.
We need 2 hrs / week ( 6:00 - 8:00 )
Pick an age level / night that works for you.
Please do not sign up unless you can commit.
I will sign your passports at end of season.

We also need volunteers at the Year End Tournament -
September 8 and 9 for 8 hrs/day.
You can volunteer 2 hr / 4 hr or
all day time frames on one or both days.
Feel free to call if you can assist.
( NO PARENT CALLS PLEASE! )

Mites 4/5 yr olds play t-ball on Wednesdays
May 22 through September 5, 2012
Junior 6/7 yr olds play t-ball on Tuesdays
May 22 through August 28, 2012
Rookie Ball 8/9/10/11 yr olds play on Thursdays
May 24 through August 30, 2012
( pitching machine is used to throw ball )
A glove and running shoes are needed to play.

Personal helmet and / or bat is optional.
Bats must be t-ball regulation size and
may be shared with team mates.
(CLP Sports on Lakeshore in Clarkson offers a discount
if you mention you play with us.)

All equipment is provided - helmets, bats, balls, safety gear, etc
A shirt, hat, trophy, and team photo are included in.
Pants are provided for Rookie Ball only.
Mouth guards are strongly recommended for all levels.
See rules re: jocks and jills for players.

Photos are done at Year End and 2 nights will be posted for
photo pick up later in September at the park.
All unclaimed photos are still available for pick up during the season.

All games start promptly @ 6:30 please!
Players that would like to practice & work on skills are
welcome to do so from 6:00 - 6:30 in the park.
Coaches / volunteers / parents will be available to help.

Coaches may have practices on a non-game night.
Your coach will discuss that.
Keep in mind your coaches are volunteering their valuable time
every game nights.

Year End Tournament is Sept 7 / 8 / 9.
Mites play only 1 game on Saturday - time to be determined.
Juniors and Seniors ( Rookie Ball ) may play on all 3 days
( may have 2 games on a day )
The tournament schedule is done late August -
we try to accommodate dance, karate,  hockey try-outs, etc.
that begin when school starts.
Please let your coach know if you have scheduling conflicts -
we do our best to have the most players participate at every
tournament game. More info closer to August.
